I have been communicating back and forth between the clients that I am doing my internships on. Currently we’re in the midst of getting all the photos and media that they would like to have on their web pages. I think the layout that they all have decided on works good for every single company. The typography that they’re looking at right now is kind of what’s holding things up. Well I guess not really holding things up but just causing a little bit more time than I thought that it would have at for this type of part of the internship. Going through all these things and actually doing it yourself instead of just hearing about it has really shown me a little bit, and I say a little bit because it is only a little bit of what it takes to design a web page and a website for a company or a client.

  1. The graphic and image implementation can be a fun part but also make sure that you optimize the media otherwise users might experience some slowness. The idea of being stuck on typography is interesting to me. Are they having troubles deciding between a few different ones?

  2. It’s amazing how such little details can hold up certain things. Of course, there’s always other work to be done, but that one little thing you feel is holding you back a smidge. I’m glad the layouts and such are working for the clients. Sounds like you are keeping things moving. Keep up the great work!
